How to enter

Draw one (or more) of my OCs in a Halloween costume or with a Halloween theme
Make a NEW journal/poll (no statuses or journals with other contests featured)
Anyone can enter (unless blacklisted), you don't need to be a watcher, although you can watch me if you like my art Llama Emoji-37 (Teehee) [V2] 
You must comment with the link to the journal/poll
Your entry will only be valid if I add you to the entrants, I will only add you if you do this correctly
If you don't do this correctly, your comment will be hidden and you won't be allowed to participate
Rules
Absolutely no NSFW/Gore/Fetishes
Do not mix my characters with your characters
You can draw as many as you like, but can only win once
All artwork must be drawn by you alone, no bases or collabs

Artwork rules?
1) Must include a person or animal (full body or only head, part of body - this is up to you)
2) Artwork could be colorful or even black & white but must include at least one element of blue color (in any form - dark blue, light blue etc.) - for example blue eyes, blue background, blue clothes, shades etc.
